How the Porto Card works

    Book online

    Choose your duration (1 to 4 days) and book online. You receive your voucher instantly by email.

    Collect your card

    Exchange your voucher on-site for the physical Porto Card: at Porto Airport or at the Porto Se tourism office near the cathedral.

    Activate card

    Write in the date and time. Validity (24 to 96 hours) only starts when you use the card for the first time.

    Use your benefits

    Show the card at partner venues for free entry or a discount. For metro and bus you need a separate Andante ticket.

What is the Porto Card?+

The Porto Card is the official tourist card of Porto. It gives you free entry to 5 museums as well as 50% off at 12 museums and monuments, plus discounts on tours, restaurants and shops. It is available for 1, 2, 3 or 4 days.

How much does the Porto Card cost?+

The Porto Card is available for 1, 2, 3 or 4 days. The current price for each duration is shown live in the booking widget on the prices page. Children pay the same price as adults - there are no reduced rates for children.

How long is the Porto Card valid?+

The card is valid for 24, 48, 72 or 96 hours, depending on the duration you choose. The clock starts from the first use, as the card is only activated when first presented.

Where do I collect the Porto Card?+

After purchase you receive a voucher by email. Exchange it on-site for the physical Porto Card at Porto Airport or at the Porto Se tourism office near the cathedral.

Is public transport included?+

No. This Porto Card covers entry and discounts, but does not include public transport. Tickets for metro and bus (Andante) are purchased separately on-site.
