With the Porto Card you visit 5 museums for free and get a discount at 24 further museums and monuments, 8 of them at half price. Simply show the card at the entrance and walk in without buying a separate ticket. Public transport is not covered by the attractions card - find out more on the public transport page.
The 5 free museums
These five museums are free with the Porto Card:

Where you save
Many of Porto's most visited landmarks and experiences offer discounts with the card. A selection:

In total the card carries a discount at 24 museums and monuments, 8 of them at half price; the others sit between 15% and 30%, the Porto Cathedral gives a fixed amount off. On top of that: up to 20% off tours in Porto, the Douro and Minho, up to 15% in restaurants and up to 25% in shops.
Good to know
Each benefit can be used once per card. Reservations are usually not required for museums; for boat trips or port wine cellars with limited capacity, booking ahead is worthwhile. Opening hours and availability can vary - check with the individual venue if in doubt.
